Brad is considered a leading authority on employee benefit consulting in the post Affordable Care Act era. After attending Louisiana State University majoring in business management, Brad began his professional career in 1991 as a Sales Representative with Colonial Life & Accident. During his time at Colonial, Brad was promoted to Marketing Director over the Baton Rouge region where he excelled for 8 years winning numerous awards for sales achievement. After leaving Colonial, Brad joined American Fidelity Assurance Company as the State Manager over their Association Group Division. His accomplishments at American Fidelity were extensive. He was recognized as a sales leader and was the recipient of many prestigious awards. In 2000, Brad purchased Insurance & Financial Services, Inc., an independent insurance, risk management and employee benefit consulting firm. Since that purchase, the agency has quadrupled in size and has expanded its services across multiple practice lines. In his personal time Brad serves as chairman of the board for Westside Backs the Badge a non-profit foundation he started to assist first responders injured or killed in the line of duty. Brad is also an elected member of the Republican State Central Committee of Louisiana. Brad is married to Jill Daigle and together they have two children Lyndsey and Evan.

Brandi Hatchell, CISR

Brandi began her insurance career in 1996 working for an independent insurance agency specializing in Personal Lines Insurance. In 2000 she transferred from an independent insurance agency to State Farm Insurance where she excelled as one of the top Life sales agents until 2008 when she made her way back to the independent insurance arena. In 2013 she began working as a managing agent over one of the first ACA Enrollment centers and remains highly involved in ACA Enrollment centers nationwide. As IFS, Inc.’s Chief Operations Office, Brandi oversees operations for all branches & agency locations while remaining active in all aspects of insurance. Brandi is married to Darrell Hatchell, they have 3 children and 4 granddaughters.

Gaetano "Guy" Ruggiero Jr.
Vice president - Insurance & Financial Services
Guy, a native from Donaldsonville, Louisiana, attended Ascension Catholic High. Afterwards, Guy went on to attend Nicholls State University where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Theta fraternity. After receiving his Bachelor's degree in education, Guy launched his career in 1978 when he accepted a position as a field underwriter with the New York Life. In 1982, Guy started and served as President of Ruggiero and Associates, Inc., a general insurance agency that specializes in life, health, auto, commercial, and personal insurance serving the River Parishes. In 2016 Ruggiero & Associates merged with Insurance & Financial Services in which he now serves as a Vice President. In addition, Guy serves as a Director of the Professional Insurance Agents Association of Louisiana known as PIA, President of Louisiana Independent Business Association, a Self-Insured Workers Compensation Association in Louisiana.
